Eldin has been at the forefront of the introduction of new technology into the UK signalling market. Eldin was a major player when Ansaldo’s first Computer Based Interlocking (CBI) was commissioned in Manchester and is now the key construction partner supporting the ERTMS early deployment scheme on the Cambrian Lines.

Eldin is able to offer a complete Programme Management service. We can supply teams of Project Managers, Planning Engineers, Issue Managers, Commercial Managers and Construction Managers to undertake and develop project feasibilities, budgets and programmes across an extensive range of portfolios.

Eldin has held Link up since 2002 and achieved ISO 9001 for Project Management Services and Installation of Railway Signalling Equipments and Associated Civils in August 2008.
